Contact Management Program for Corporation

Most address book or contact management software focuses on the person rather than the corporation. Most corporations have multiple addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses and employees. The focus of our program is the corporation.

This is the organization of our program:

Corporation legal and preferred display name
    Addresses
        Telephone numbers
        Email addresses
        Notes
        People working at this address
            Addresses for this person
            Telephone numbers for this person
            Email addresses for this person
            Notes
                    People associated with this person with contact information

Each category can have as many entries as is needed. Once you look up a company, you have access to all this information on one computer screen. For many corporations, this would require many printed pages.
